If I do a board and train will the dog listen to me and not just the trainer?

What makes a transition home from a board and train is by doing what your trainer did. By following the guidelines that I will lay out in your go home packet, you will easily be able to step into my shoes and gain the same respect/obedience from your dog that I achieved. It is up to you as the owner to hold the dog to the high expectations that they learned while at the program. The beauty of the E-collar training is that the language the dog was taught is very easily transferable to the owner. If you feel hesitant about your portion of the training, we can do as many lessons before the dog goes home until you are fully comfortable with the remote and training style.
