Do I have to continue to use the tools for the rest of the dog's life?

Every moment we are interacting with our dog, and you will either be holding them accountable with the E collar, or you will be letting the training slip away. With time, the tools are only used as a back up, but if we wean off of the tools then the dog learns that the commands are only suggestions and they will slip back to old ways. In order to keep their training sharp, we have to keep open the lines of communication through the E-Collar by wearing it for the rest of their lives. Think of it like a seat belt, you would rather have it on and not need it, than need it and not have it on.
